The market appears to be strengthening this summer related to single family homes in the Telluride Mountain Village. Nine residences have closed since June 1st with total gross dollar sales of $35.2M and at an average sold price of $3.9M and an average PSF of $671. This data is vastly improved over the same period of 2018 wherein 6 homes transacted (totaling $11.5M), at an average price of $1.9M and average PSF $525. This represents a tripling of dollar volume and a value increase of 27%. It is important to note that there were no residences transacted September through the end of the year of 2018 while the MLS reports currently $26.5M in pending sales.
