The Telluride Mountain Village announces the Fiber to the Home project, which will deliver ultra-high-seed, 1 gigabit internet to every property by the end of 2020. Lightworks Fiber & Consulting has officially been hired to handle the construction and infrastructure that will join the Mountain Village with the modern world.”We are very excited to be launching construction of this major upgrade to our broadband network infrastructure, which will allow us to offer improved internet service to every home and business in Mountain Village,” said Mayor Laila Benitez. Once the fiber is installed, current Town of Mountain Village phone and television customers will automatically be migrated to the new fiber network.
